Ari Tuchman, Ph.D., is a co-founder of Entanglement, as well as a board member. He received his doctorate with distinction in atomic physics from Yale University. He was awarded a Director of Intelligence fellowship and served as a DARPA technical lead for a quantum metrology effort to design ultra-precision navigation sensors. Ari has served as the PI on efforts sponsored by Army Night Vision and the National Science Foundation. He is currently the CEO of Quantifind, a predictive analytics big data company backed by the Andreessen-Horowitz and Redpoint venture capital groups.
John Stockton, Ph.D., is a co-founder and board member of Entanglement Technologies. He received his doctorate in physics from Caltech and performed postdoctoral research at Stanford University. John’s academic work focused on experimental and theoretical methods for extracting sensor signals from quantum noise-limited physical systems. His expertise sits at the cross section Bayesian inference, stochastic signal processing, control theory, information retrieval, and predictive analytics. John is also the co-founder of Quantifind, a venture backed, predictive analytics company; he developed much of the core IP by extending Bayesian models to information retrieval. John received the Hertz fellowship entrepreneur of the year in 2012.
Tony Miller, Ph.D., is a founding member of the Entanglement science team, bringing leadership, technical, and analytic skills to the company. He has a wide range of design experience ranging from residual gas analysis subsystems on fusion reactors to quantum noise limited magnetometers to ultra-fast laser based cancer detection technologies. Tony graduated summa cum laude in physics from Princeton University and completed his Ph.D. in applied physics at Stanford University. Tony is a Hertz Fellow.
