Starting the New Year with Purpose in Measurement

News

25th Jan 2026

As the new year begins, we’re grateful to be continuing our work alongside a growing community of researchers, engineers, and operators who care deeply about better measurement.

We remain focused and committed to identifying gaps in analytical sensing and addressing unmet measurement needs where existing approaches fall short. That focus continues to guide our work across longstanding applications, including:

  • Air toxics monitoring, including ethylene oxide and broader speciated VOCs
  • Industrial monitoring, including virtual fenceline and fugitive emissions
  • Mobile air quality monitoring and community monitoring
  • Indoor air quality and emergency response

Building on this foundation, we’re expanding into areas where these same measurement challenges are increasingly critical, including:

  • Advanced water reuse
  • Drinking water
  • Semiconductor manufacturing

We’re continuing to explore emerging areas such as breath analysis and biological systems, driven by close collaboration and emerging measurement needs, especially where new measurement approaches can reveal insights that have not been previously accessible.

We’re excited about the year ahead and thankful for the partnerships that make this work possible. We look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and take on measurement challenges together.
